This matchup between UCONN and the University of Kentucky will be a very interesting one too watch. Nobody really gave UK much hope this year, especially since 2012 was the year Kentucky was supposed to make a run for the championship. Instead, with some masterful coaching byJohn Calipari, the Wildcats were able to defeat both Ohio State and North Carolina. They have plans before the game, and they seem to be executing properly. Brandon Knight is definitely feeling his rhythym for the Wildcats, and he has already hit two buzzer beaters.
The UCONN Huskies have had a pretty good year, and although this isn’t the best team that Jim Calhoun has had during his time at UCONN, he definitely has a team that could win. With Kemba Walker, and if the other key players like Jeremy step up, UCONN could very well be on their way to a Final Four title.
